The Chardonnay grapes are cultivated in the Gerbino vineyard, located at around 400 meters above sea level in the zone of Contessa Entellina, a territory prized for it’s white wines.
The de-stemmed grapes are pressed and left on the skins for about 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tank and aged on the fine lees for approximately 5 months before bottling.
Pale yellow. Notes of white flowers, fennel, ripe red grapefruit and apple. On the pallet it is soft yet fresh, rich with great acidity giving a long finish.
