Siciliani Rosso is Di Giovanna’s unique blend of a selection of grapes, indigenous and international, coming from several of the family vineyards. It expresses the unique terroir of the estate in a harmonious blend.
Hand harvested grapes, destemmed; fermentation in stainless steel tanks, each varietal seperately, warm maceration for an average of 25 days. Regular batonage by hand.
The wines age in a mix of stainless steel tanks and barrique, with regular racking. The wine is cold stabilized, blended and fined with bentonite according to organic wine standards.
