Gerbino Rosso is a medium bodied red wine with good structure, aged for 12 months in stainless steel and 6 months in neutral oak barrels.
Expressive on the nose, with aromas of currants, blueberries, wildberries and spices. On the palate it is well-balanced and shows good minerality and structure.

Description

Gerbino Rosso is a rich and sunny Sicilian blend that expresses it’s territory. The red blend is a harmonious expression of Syrah, Nero d’Avola and Merlot, which give balanced results. The grapes are harvested manually with a careful selection of the bunches. In the cellar, fermentation takes place in stainless steel with maceration for about ten days, then aged in steel. Gerbino Rosso has a dark, ruby red
colour. It’s elegant bouquet emphasizes Sicilian Syrah with notes of wild berries, plums, sweet spices and white pepper.
Striking for its cohesion of elements, the wine is enlivened by a perfectly integrated minerality. A great every day red.
